All four lines are presented as prose from the book by Jennie Hibbert. If you liked the GEDCom format which was here previously, let me know. There are quite a few gifs in the lower levels of the family tree. If you don't have a fast connection, you may want to turn off image loading to save time. I will work on cutting down the sizes of the largest pictures. (Or at least it's on my list of things to do.) You can also explore the directory hierarchy directly. I don't have index.html files in the Geneology section of my web.
Here is a layout of Jennie's family. Dick and Jennie's parents are treated as the roots of four trees growing back in time. Each of these four individuals is number 1 in their own tree, and from that point male ancestors in the main line always have twice the index of the child who is also on the main line, while female ancestors' numbers are one more than that. From any point in this tree, descendents can be show by appending numbers or letters (usually in alternation.)
For Example Charles Miles Estey, Sr.was Evelene Estey's paternal grandfather, so he is number 4 in the Estey branch. His wife, Caroline Albina Brigs is number 5, and their children are 4A and 4B.
